Using the form below, supply us with only as much information as you feel comfortable having openly viewed on our web site.  At a minimum you should include either an address or a telephone number, preferably both.  After all, if someone does locate your pet, or if you have found somebody's pet, both parties need to make contact with each other as quickly as possible.  To protect your privacy, we have intentionally made only 2 fields mandatory.  None of your information will be sold, shared or similarly distributed.

Important:

When posting your ad, please be certain to specify if you have either lost or found a pet.  A successful reunion between pet and owner may only be achieved by placing pets in the correct category.  Also, if you have found a pet, although it won't be possible for you to supply the pet's name, answer the remaining questions using your best judgement.
